About HAN Datalab
Applied Data Science & AI in practice
The HAN Datalab, part of the Applied Data Science & AI research group, is an initiative of HAN University of Applied Sciences focused on the practical application of data and artificial intelligence. It serves as a meeting place for students, researchers, and SMEs to solve real-world challenges.
SME Collaboration
The SME Datalab East Netherlands (a collaboration with Windesheim, among others) helps companies with data challenges. This ranges from collecting and analyzing data to developing AI solutions.
Practice-oriented Research
Researchers and students work on projects like DEMAND, building a solid data foundation for AI research. Focus on concrete results and applicability.
Projects & Innovation
The lab is involved in innovative projects, such as the "Operations Digital Twin" for manufacturing, aimed at making lead times more reliable.
